SubTrakt Privacy Policy

SubTrakt is an iOS app for manually tracking subscriptions and recurring expenses. This policy describes what the app does and does not do with your data. We aim to keep it short and plain.

What the app stores

The app stores the data you enter — recurring expenses, subscriptions, tags, reminders, and settings — on your device.

iCloud Sync

If iCloud is available and enabled for the app, SubTrakt may sync your data through your private iCloud account. Synced data lives in your personal iCloud account and is governed by Apple's privacy terms.

No custom backend, no account

We do not operate a custom backend for SubTrakt. The app does not require a custom login or account.

What the app does not do

• It does not connect to banks or payment cards.
• It does not use advertising.
• It does not use third-party analytics.
• It does not sell user data.

Export and notifications

CSV export is initiated by you. Local notifications are used only for renewal reminders.

Deleting your data

You can delete app data by deleting it inside the app and/or by deleting the app. If iCloud Sync is enabled, removal of iCloud-synced data depends on your iCloud settings and Apple's iCloud behavior.
